The 6L family engine typically place a temp sender in the cylinder head just ahead of cyl. #1 this is a digital sender, The analog sender can be added for analog gauges to another access port found in the opposite cylinder head behind cyl# 8

DO NOT use this analog one wire sender to replace the 2 or 3 wire digital sender for the engine ECM.
