High Pressure Marine Electric Fuel Pump. This pump kit is designed to replace the "dual-inlet" High Pressure Pump used on many Indmar Engines. This pump is inline, mounted on the engine in an aluminum block mounting bracket. Click on the inset picture, this is an original dual inlet style pump in an aluminum bracket with a bypass tube between the side of the mounting block and a "T" fitting at the angled inlet fitting on the bottom of the old pump. If your s is like this our MEF-0022 will replace this.

The Kit comes with instructions, and the fittings to convert to the single inlet pump. No wiring changes, uses existing 2 pin plug.

New for 2021 Now includes 3/8" to 1/2" hose adapter needed on some engines.

This is a Genuine Carter  High Pressure Fuel Pump.

NOTE: To preserve the Carter Fuel Pump Warranty you MUST change the fuel filter when changing this pump. Warranty claims are filed directly with Carter.

NOTE: It is highly recommended to add a low pressure "suction" pump to draw fuel from the tank & push the fuel into the new HP fuel pump. (All newer engines use a 2 pump system)

WARNING: Beware of dual inlet "look-alike" fuel pumps being sold on Amazon, these  may not produce the pressure needed for our engines, nor do they eliminate the known vaper-lock condition that the current Carter single inlet pumps resolve.
