Every Ski boat should have a sea water strainer! Most A/S boats were equipped with these as a standard feature. The strainer will collect debris, is easy to clean, easy to see when becoming clogged, without one debris will collect at the small inlet of the transmission cooler and restrict water flow quickly. Cheap insurance for preventing overheating!
