Refund policy
Some products are not eligible for return or refund. Products eligible for return must follow the RMA procedures listed in the Returns Policy found in Customer Service. Products that are returned using the RMA policy and are in good, re-sellable condition, are subject to the following return charges to off-set our credit card processing fees, packaging / re-packaging fees, inspections, testing, and re-stocking costs. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
SPECIAL ORDER Parts that do not appear on our website and are special ordered are also considered Non-Refundable.
SPECIAL CUT to LENGTH Parts, such as hose, wire, prop shafts, etc. are considered Non-refundable.
Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund less a 3% credit card processing fee.
SPECIAL COLOR Orders, such as boat covers, and bimini tops are considered special order and are Non- refundable.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are not refundable
Return Items sent with FREE SHIPPING: A shipping charge allowance will be deducted from the scheduled refund.
PACKAGING, BOXING, PRODUCT WRAPPING: Returning parts for credit, or warranty consideration must be returned in the original packaging and boxed for shipment similar to how we shipped it to you.
You are responsible to file any shipping damage claims for products received back to SkiBoatPartsOnline that have shipper damage.
The following Schedule is used for NON-Electrical Parts, Un-Opened, Still in original packaging with no signs of installation:
Items returned within 30 days of our shipment shall be subject to a 10% return charge.
Items returned within 31-60 days of our shipment shall be charged a 20% return fee.
Items returned within 61-90 days of our shipment shall be charged a 30% return fee.
No Returns after 90 days
The following Schedule is used for NON-Electrical Parts, Opened, and or installed, in NEW condition and returned:
Items returned within 30 days of our shipment shall be subject to a 25% return charge.
Items returned within 31-60 days of our shipment shall be charged a 40% return fee.
No returns after 60 days.
Electrical Parts (if wire attaches to it, it's considered an electrical Part) For Un-used, never installed items:
Electrical Parts returned within 30 days of our shipment shall be subject to a 20% return charge.
Electrical Parts returned within 31-60 days of our shipment shall be charged a 30% return fee.
Electrical Parts returned within 61-90 days of our shipment shall be charged a 40% return fee.
Installed electrical parts are non-returnable, Unless at the discretion of TRD Management a refund is warranted after testing and evaluation with a MINIMUM 50% Return fee if returned within 30 day from date of purchase.
NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS OF RECEIVING AN ORDER
