Shipping policy

We check and process orders (3) times per day, Monday - Friday,  and strive for same, or next day shipping. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Shipping via USPS Priority may indicate 2 or 3 day delivery by the Post Office but this is NOT a guarantee that they will deliver on time. Once any shipping carrier has picked up packages from SkiBoatPartsOnline we no longer have any control over when the carrier actually makes the delivery to you.

Please note that due to constantly changing shipping options and the current economic environment we reserve the right to change the carrier for your package in an effort to save you, our customer, shipping costs.

TAXES, Import Fees, Duties

We collect sales tax on all parts sold and shipped within Louisiana, we do not charge or collect sales taxes for parts shipped outside Louisiana, but within the USA.  Export shipping: It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any import taxes, duties, import fees if any for Countries that collect them.
 

In order to contract with SkiBoatPartsOnline.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. SkiBoatPartsOnline.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be SkiBoatPartsOnline.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party SkiBoatPartsOnline.com  is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
