Hi Ron. Wanted to update you on the conversion. Received the gauges, harness and adapter for my boat Friday. Switched everything out Saturday. It took me 3 hours and went really smooth. The only thing I did a little differently is I took the steering wheel off just to give me a little more room.
Gauges all worked perfectly in the driveway after the switch. Took the boat out yesterday(Sunday) and everything is working correctly for the first time in several years(love the GPS speedometer). I have already started recommending this conversion kit to boat owners I know who are having gauge problems. Thanks so much for the detail in the instructions and sharing your clear understanding of the ski boat industry.

Just wanted to say thank you for the great product and customer service I received on my recent purchase. I purchased the TRD Conversion kit for my 2001 Mastercraft X Star and it is working great. The ease of installation is incredible. It took me about three hours, some simple tools and help from my wife to fully complete. Mr. Ron said that he was including instructions with the harness and when I opened the box there was a wiring diagram. It was basic but I have a little mechanical experience so I was able to decipher it. Just as I was finishing up, I was questioning where the blue wire would attach and my wife said, "maybe it is in the instructions he emailed with the order". I almost passed out. When I looked at the actual instructions (with pictures and tips) I figured out that I could have been finished by then. I highly recommend this kit the anyone who is on the fence about whether to switch over or continue repairing the old system.

I know it has been awhile, but I did manage the get all of my gauges and perfect pass installed in my 2000 Mastercraft X5 (Prostar 195). I did a water test this past weekend and all went flawless. Thanks Ron
