17' Teleflex (Now Seastar) Steering cable for Rotary steering systems (Most all American Skiers) (Teleflex SSC6217)
NOTE: Older ski boats that have the Teleflex Rotary helm where the cable is held in with a large nut (behind the dash panel) MUST also order the adapter fitting which will convert the helm to the current "quick-connect" cables.
If your boat has already been converted you will not need to buy this adapter (Order Adapter #SBS-0025)
We recommend replacing the steering cable every 500 hours or 10 years, whichever comes first.
NOTE: The UFLEX Quick-Connect Cable (SBS-0017-M66) is a "drop-in" replacement for the SSC6217
