I bought the white faced version of this one for my 1994 Ski Nautique last year from here. Ron sent extra notes on how to install it. I found a place that sold light bulbs for gauges and I was able to swap out the white for red to match the rest of my dash for night driving. I replaced a faded Airguide that would have cost more to convert to GPS. The other Speedometer spot has Perfect Pass. I use the Faria speedometer when I am pulling bare footers for which I prefer to drive manually. I found a chrome bezel for my Perfect Pass display to match this one. The only hitch is on some late fall mornings in October in Pennsylvania it takes longer to lock in on the satellite. Perfect Pass sometimes does the same thing. If I was restoring another boat I would get this one again.

I'm really impressed with this speedometer. It's the best speedometer I've ever had in a boat. For the money I think this is much better than trying to keep your air guides alive.

This isn't something you want to add if you don't have have a creative mind. I used the old speedometer bezel to try and keep the stock look of my 86 advantage. I had to cut (with a hole saw) a three and a quarter hole in the old base as well as some extra room for the mounting bracket. Then I had to cut open the plastic and fiberglass dash to create more room for this gauge. All well worth it but I wasn't expecting that much involved.
That said I'll still give this product a ten out of ten and a must have when upgrading your gauges.
